A PLAIN-LANGUAGE PRIVACY FOUNDATION.
Privacy Policy
Paper Empires TV is being built to collect only the information needed to operate the publication, understand aggregate site performance and deliver services readers explicitly request, such as the newsletter.
Production policy
Before public launch, this page will identify the analytics and newsletter providers actually in use, what data they process, retention choices, cookie behavior where applicable, and how readers can make privacy requests. We will not pretend those vendors are known before they are selected.
